... and, on behalf of two of the greatest pieces of box art ever, I accept your apology.

Just don’t let it happen again. We Geewunners forgive, but we never forget.

Please don't show that obscene depiction of Megatron again, there are children who frequent this forum.

Are...you trying to say that they're a disgrace to the PotP ones, or that they're better?

That the movie dinobots are better across the board (slash may be the exception)

Ok, that's what a thought you meant, but I wasn't sure.

To be fair, G1 Megatron is basically one big phallic symbol.

    first....not apologizing for anything

    second..."but G1 did it" is not a rebuttal and isn't a 'win'

    third...ugly pose is still ugly

fourth...geewunners may forgive but geewunners never move on

Well, well, well... Looks like we’ve got ourselves a “free-thinker” here. A rebel. You won’t apologize? You won’t renounce? You dare to question the One True Continuity?

It sounds like you need Re-education. You must be cleansed. Expect a visit from our people. When you see the Pontiac Fiero, and hear the Van Halen blasting, you’ll know they’ve come.

One day you’ll learn we’re only trying to help you. Do not be alarmed, and do not fight. And do not attempt to bring your Monkey-Optimus-Prime with you - where you’re going, you won’t need it.

That Robot Chicken sketch where Megatron keeps pulling his own trigger to fire his cannon is hilarious!

    Whooooooooooooooosh the joke went.

Anyway, I second the bit about movie dinobots. After getting figures of these, G1 dinobots just seem so boring and clunky.

The only one I like is Slash, they did a good job with her design for PotP.

Ah you missed a chance to say

And? And nothing, you belong to me, now...

    Aaaaanyway

In the spirit of belonging to nobody today's unpopular opinion from me is really going to make some of you hate me but hey, that's what this thread is for. Been seeing a lot of love for this character recently buuuuut G1 Quickswitch sucked.

Had him as a kid and I so wanted to love him but each and every form just seemed to fall just shy of actually being good. From short fat robot to small fat animal to non aerodynamic (well, ok, maybe I didn't call him that as a kid but I thought something similar!) To lame car. I think he stayed in gun mode most but honestly I barely remember playing with him. I think he may well have been one of the few transformers I sold off as a kid.

So yeah, sorry for anyone's childhood I just took a big dump all over but remember, this is an opinions page and my opinion is only as relevant as you choose to make it to you :D

I like the look of the new Bumblebee movie's designs on screen. It's chunky — unlike many, many movie designs. But I don't want a toy of it.

It really comes down to how humanoid it is without many recognizable alt mode parts. So far the only design seen from the movie seems to require a lot of parts bending unnaturally and appearing out of nowhere. At least, it seems that way. Therefore, I get the awful feeling the designs from the movie will be nightmares to translate such as the Dreads and AOE designs.

Nothing wrong with other people wanting toys of it, of course, but I am sure that Bee will look like he's going camping and got hit by a bunch of magnetized car chunks.

Starscream, on the other hand, looks rather plausible as a toy... You can actually see where a lot of the parts go, unlike the AoE designs.

I'd love to see fully Transformable figures that have an in-between Stealth Force mode.
