UPDATE: Transformers G1 Unofficial Photographic Archive is now live on Kickstarter!

Please note that we recognize that this quality level and price point is unconventional for books covering this particular subject matter. However, lower quality materials, or sacrificing on page count to bring down production costs, was never an option. The goal since the start of this project was to put together our dream reference books. The printing, the paper choice, and the embossed scuff-free hard covers, are all contributing factors in the making of what we humbly believe will be true masterpieces.

This unified sleek look and overall high quality will enable us to welcome the possibility of future expansions to the one cohesive set. If this campaign is successful, other volumes might be added to the Archive.

We are extremely excited to make our dream books available to you! We hope they will become your dream books as well!

    Edit: nope.

The price estimates will date this, could be better without that. What would be awesome instead is to list the original MSRPs for the products. :)

Everything else about this is amazing!

Oh my god. I want these in my house NOW! :lol

Edit: I agree that the price estimates probably shouldn't be included for the reasons already stated.

I'd love to see more volumes that cover G2, BW, etc.

Congratulations. Outstanding work, the execution of that looks spot on too. Nailed it.

Re price estimates. The rarity is informative, do agree on the price estimate - it may cheapen what is otherwise an epic book/s because most likely the prices would be misused by people charging over the odds on a shell with no accessories or something poor condition. Too much variation.

Nice photography of the toys! I have a couple of similar books (Mark Bellemo's guide, Cybertronian from Antarctic Press, Transformers Generations from Million Publishing) based on the G1 figures, but will still get these two. Maybe for future volumes you can consider covering G2, unreleased, Diaclone/Microman and South American TF's as well?

Eventually I'd also love a book for classics (CHUG) updates

These look very nice, and possibly the final word on pictorial guides.

I, too, would like something on Generation 2 and Beast Wars to follow.

I was just searching for a book on the Japanese and Euro figures to go with my USA G1 book (the 1st one by Mark Bellomo).

This looks freakin awesome. So bought once it's ready - both books with UK shipping please!

PS is this going to be a kickstarter or indiegogo project?
