Well, I was going to name this guy Rollbar, but I don't know if that fits. I went with a retro-styled Jeep graphics to try out some vinyl pinstripe tape I've had for a LONG time now. I wanted a military style design, and that is one of the reasons I went with the white-on-green look. Oh, I almost forgot, here are some photos. I will try to get some more photos from different angles for the unnamed custom, and I'm thinking of a cool name for him. If you have any G1 inspired names that would work that aren't derogatory or negative in tone, please suggest away. As I mentioned, I was going to call him Rollbar, but with the changes that just doesn't fit well anymore. Please, help me out here! Also, I may try to unify the robot mode a bit more, because it doesn't blend well with the vehicle mode. It seems, to me upon looking at it in more detail like something is missing one way or another. Suggestions, comments? Polite suggestions will be accepted, rude and abusive comments will not.

Beachcomber... Normandy, D-Day... hmmm... Bunker Buster, or BB for short? RHansen, all I did to make it attach was drill a small hole using the awl bit of a Leatherman type multi-tool. I found where I wanted to drill, and moved slowly. I stopped occaisonally to check the fit and when I got what I wanted, I stopped. The HARD part was keeping my hands steady as I tried to lay those pinstripe graphics down. Quite challenging, especailly when you want symetry and have hands with nerve damage that twitch every so slightly as you move along. Grrr....

He reminds me of Outback with the huge cannon on the Jeep (and the head knd of emulates the original figure too.) I like the mods!
Roadbuster. Yes, he is missing the orange and the brown but hey, he has the green, has a big cannon, and is a Jeep. Cover over the mouth and you'd even be close the the correct head type.

Nah, can't call him Roadbuster because that is my truck... a 2003 Toyota Tundra. I have even ordered a "vanity" plate for Tundra like with the Alternators with RDBSTR on it. Now, something familiar like Rockbuster might work... So far I like the names Faux and Outback the most. Seems to fit him better.
