I am going crazy waiting for Ironhide...It's the middle of September and they aren't even showing up for sale in the online stores like Bigbadtoystore.... anybody have any ideas why Universe wave 3 is taking so long to hit??
I still can't find Galvatron, and only saw 1 Acid Storm wich I snagged but still want more for clone batalion. I just hope to see the next group of deluxe bots by Nov.
This is a stupid question..but have you checked the majority of your local TRUs? I picked my Galvy up from a TRU about a month ago....and we usually get all the new stuff last compared to other states.
one of my local targets had two cases of wave 2 this morning...i think they're just starting to hit a saturation point...which is good, cuz it'll give me time to catch up...
first I first saw Galvatron and Acid storm at Khols of all places, they had pegs overloaded with new universe, they are usually way overpriced, but the particular sale they had that day would have got me the Sunstreaker and Prowl I bought the same day cheaper. I am seeing them more in multiple WM now as well.
Wave 2 is just starting to appear regularly. It's still going to be awhile before wave 3 begins showing up.
around here im just getting wave 2 universe and wave 3 animated so, i dont think ill be getting any time soon. but i thought HTS gets it like a month b4 it comes out and they dont even have IT.
Just so the folks know I'm pretty sure Acid Storm was shortpacked (1x per assortment) but in the next wave he'll be at 2x per assortment plus Galv 1x or 2x can't remember
Neither Galvatron or Acid Storm have shown up around here yet either. I'm kinda glad, that way I can save up for Silverstreak and Sideswipe. There are still a couple figures currently out that I still need to get (Animated Grimlock for example). Though I might end up waiting till he's in a revision wave, as it'll be a while till I'm able to afford a Voyager class figure.
wave 2 is all over the place in singapore...wave 3 has started to hit retail too..got mine.. theyre great..but ironhide, u'd be better off waiting for the henkei..great figure, but that blue face is totally senseless and just ruins it a lot for me..
I have never seen Acid Storm or Galvatron in stores yet. Nothing but Sunstreakers & Prowls. Fortunately, I got mine from HTS... BBTS has Ironhide only available with the other figures in sets... He must be shortpacked or something..
Definitely think Ironhide is short packed. There was a lot more Sunstreaker, I mean, Sideswipe and Prowl, I mean, Silverstreak on the shelves than Ironhides.
Dude I share your anticipation, I ordered the wave 3 assortment from BBTS in July and I'm just about climbing the walls waiting for these guys to be released. Especially Ironhide.
The Walmart near (Deptford, NJ) me that just opened up so far has a combo of Wave 1 and 3 Universe and Wave 1-3 Animated (my guess is they're waiting to sell more of the stock they got in before Grand Opening before they ship anything new) but since this is a 24 hour one, I can check more often than other Walmarts
I am eagerly awaiting wave 3 myself too. I know that two of them are just repaints but my classics display looks so cool and is severely in need of more Autobots.
