Awesome! I've been looking forward to getting that new Roadbuster and Dirge 2-pack. I guess I'll be stopping by some Targets on my way home from work tomorrow.

Do want both the comic packs and the Legends five packs, that'll be my big purchase for November.

This is true, confirmed with the folks at Target. I was just there looking for the Animated+Legends pack, and told them I punched in the DCPI in the price scanners and it came up as in stock. They checked in the back and they said they actually have a ton of Target Exclusives in the stockroom; they're just no shelf space for them til near the end of the month. Depending on how cool your Target guys are, they might be able to get in the back and get one for you, but they're likely not willing to open up new boxes for just one person.

So yeah, nearly all the Targets have all this Exclusive Target stuff already; they just can't sell it. I wouldn't be surprised if they already had the Legends 5-pk as well.

The targets around here don't yet. I've been punching the DPCI's for the last week and nothing has come up as being in stock.

According to the receipt it's 087-06-2062.

Yeah, I can't speak for all the Targets in the US, but all the Targets in my region have the Exclusives in stock, and are just holding off on selling them.

Indeed. A 2-pack of straight repaints of old figs just ain't worth $30.

Cool news. It'll probably be another couple of weeks at the earliest when my local Target gets them, so that'll be perfect timing for my birthday. As for the $30 price tag on them, I honestly don't understand how so many people can be bothered by it. Realistically if the figures were released on their own, they would cost more than $30 combined, even before tax. Hasbro took a bit of a chance with the UM vs. SW two pack. Instead of doing well, it could have bombed, and they would have lost a bit on that. I honestly can't see them doing that now, especially with the way things are going. If anything we're lucky that the two-packs are only $30. Hasbro could have easily raised their estimated price more than that, and/or Target could have said they want to charge more for it.

Good to see you guys are getting the figures -and just in time for Black Friday.

I can say firsthand that they're quite good indeed. Ratbat/Springer is the best set, though I like Dirge's deco as well.

Though buy a gold pen to fill in Ratbat's "eyes" - he looks way better that way.

They DO come with a comic too, Target 2006 hasn't been run for a year or two now, and the individual issues of War Within Volume 2 have been out of print for a long time now.

Ultra Magnus/Skywarp set a BAD precedent, now whenever we get a Voyager/Deluxe two pack people always expect it to be $20ish.
