Prime and Megs are crap, but Overkill and Dragstrip are pretty nice.

I'm pretty happy with Dragstrip & Overkill, but they are just repaints. Bothe good molds but if I didn't have an afinity for the chariters I probably would have passed as I already have these molds, but I do recomend em if your even just kinda interested in em

Drag Strip and Overkill are fantastic (though my Dragstrip's joints are a bit loose... might just be my figure).

Prime is almost identical to the first release.... probably not really worth getting if you own the first, especially considering how flawed the mold is.

I would disagree about Megatron being crap, though.... I actually think this release looks far better than the original green version, and has a really striking paint scheme. The mold itself is a decent one, with its only real drawbacks being the missing hand and the useless action gimmick. It has one of my favorite Megatron face sculpts ever.

From best to worst, I would rank them: Overkill, Dragstrip, Megs, and far behind, Prime.

Overkill is excellent. Dragstrip looks pretty cool, the only one I have is MISB, though. Dragstrip is even better if you have Gentei Wildrider to go with him.

Echoed sentiments, my Overkill is great, very enjoyable repaint. My Dragstrip is nice, though mine has some problems holding together completely in vehicle mode, I think the mold's starting to degrade after all the uses it's been through.

The boxes are great and that's about it. I think I have maybe 10 figures that are sitting in boxes unopened, including these 4. The other 95% of my TFs are all opened/loose because they're more fun. But when HTS has coupon codes or sale, why not?

Gonna jump on the Dragstip band(width...heh heh...heh...forget it...)wagon here. Great figure and looks great with the Classicsverse 'cons. In my little Classicsverse universe, he's an evil clone of Mirage :D

I have the Special Edition of Megatron also and I love it. No complaints at all. Sure, looks a little wonky missing a hand, but I can look past that as it really is a great figure, and looks so great with the Deluxe Prime.

I think Dragstrip looks even better when you add that second Mirage axle on the front.

How much is that Wildrider going for these days?

    ^ Nice!

I like that Overkill paint as it's a splitting image of it's G1 counterpart.

So are red mirage and nemesis prime canceled/delayed? A good thing to ask at botcon.

It was slightly cheaper to just buy the set of first four rather than just overkill and dragstrip.

I wanted the tank megatron repaint anyway as its a fun mold.

I didn't bother with Prime and Megatron since I have the first run of them and thought the molds weren't that good but Dragstrip and Overkill are awesome. I hope we get more like them.

Hmm yeah what happened to the next lot? I thought Cliffjumper was on the cards. Hope he's not canceled. Maybe we can find out at Botcon.
