I noticed this just a few minutes ago. Is mine the only one or this is from the mold?
Wrong forum, but it looks like yours may have two left thighs.
Not a molding error, but an assembly one. Yours has two left thighs.
And you're also in the wrong forum, BTW.
Looks like they gave you two of the same thigh piece.
What he said.
Just in case you didn't know - YOU HAVE TWO LEFT THIGHS
What is going on with the QC on these figures? We never had problems like these before.
Aww fuck wrong forum
I think it's that it has two left thighs but don't quote me. I'm probably wrong.
There have been QC issues as long as I have been collecting new stuff...since Beast Machines. They have increased but they were always there.
I don't think the margin of error is that much greater than it used to be. However, the volume of figure's we're getting is so much more than it was back then that it's become more noticeable.
Either that, or because of the larger amount of toys being assembled, more problems slip through *shrug*.
This is of course with the exception of the sticky paint issues, and such, which is not so much a QC problem as it is a manufacturing issue.
I think now that toys have 'uber' articulation even more parts need to be assembled to make the finished figure meaning more QC problems occurs.
moved to TF Toy Discussion.
just thought I'd add that you have two left thighs. Everyone else is.
My word! WHAT A LUDICROUS PROPOSITION.
As far as QC issues go, there's a lot of things to think about. For one, it's been going on for as long as I can recall. Second, problems may have increased, but no matter what, with more collectors and more people posting online everyday, we're going to hear more complaints and problems everyday. Finally, we get some great toys for the price we pay. Comparing a $10 or $11 Deluxe Transformer to almost any other toy property, we luck out at that price. Standard GI Joe figures are now $7-$8, and tiny star wars figures are even more. So, I'm not surprised if we get more QC issues with TF as a line of toys in general.
Oh, and about the thread, yeah, what everyone else said.
My classics jetfire had the same problem
when i got him a few years ago.
Return him for new one.
Hopefully you don't get the one with ....
TWO RIGHT THIGHS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've got a Henkei Astrotrain with two right thighs (or left thighs - I gotta go check again). Luckily except for a cosmetic blemish, it doesn't otherwise affect the toy.
I had a Tankor with two left chest plate pieces. He's in my trunk, back in his package, waiting for the Toys for Tots bins to go out.
dont let him try to dance! hahahaha! get it? its funny! cause he has 2 left thighs! haha! get it? 2 left thighs, 2 left fe-aw forget it.
