made from Classics Jetfire I moved the tail wings to his legs and
attached the fold up part to his legs, his main wings are not finished
but mainly mocked up so I could take these semi WIP pics. I may leave
them as is, but I may later revisit him to finish them. I also have to finish
his gun, all I have to do is make the wing looking thing that sits on top
    of it.

there are other details I am going to paint later.
he is kind of crude and not one of my neatest jobs, but technically
he was my second custom started over a year ago, but the first
incarnation featured a toy accurate color scheme, but I wanted him to
    don the toon colors.

and I really don't like the Universe Ultra, to me he's not colored even
remotely right and he looks like a robot who got a jet shaped kick me
sign slapped on his back, so I revisited this custom.

I like this. You actually put work into another mold when there was already a Silverbolt that you could've used. This mold looks great in SB colors.

That looks really good. I would have never thought to have made him out of a Classics Jetfire, but it works greatly. Keep up the good work.

I really like the direction of the Aerial-bots so far. The paint app looks a bit thick on some areas though. Are you painting these guys completely by brush? If so, maybe trying some thinner coats and build upon them.

Besides that, I'm loving this direction so far.

The "jet shaped kick me sign cracked me up. My only comment might be to remove the red nose cone and make it white with some yellow details to give it more of an original feel. But otherwise, I like that you did the wing mod, it makes a difference.

the only reason the nose cone is red is to make the robot mode chest accurate.
otherwise I wouldn't like to have done it either, but I am going to add yellow accents
in a lot of places on him.

as for the brushing, yes I know, but I didn't want to mess with taking him apart (Again)
to spray him, and I have never worked with nor do I own an airbrush, so this was quicker
and he always has been rough looking so I just did it.

I love it! And IMO, the wings look fine how they are. I too, didn't even notice that used to be jetfire at first glance. Very nice

Looks great. The one thing that looks a little off is that the wings have no detail like the rest of the body ( panel lines ). Still love it.
