Customs: Universe Prowl mods?

    I have heard of peopel talk about doing neck mods and chest mods with the sides of the hood on Universe Prowl to make him look better. I would like to do these, but am clueless as to how. Can someone either show how they did it, explain it, or post a link to the customs that did it?
