    Hey folks!!

Wasn't entirely sure where to post this, but here will kinda do..

Anyway, I bought a (UK) Universe Powerglide yesterday, and after having it a few hours i noticed the left wing is a bit loose where it enters the shoulder joint. I did try and check what the problem was, and have narrowed it down to a pin which goes from the wing into a black circular block which is semi-ratcheted. Unfortunately, the box Powerglide came in has already been disposed of (stupid, I know), so i can't really take it back to where I purchased it from... So, if anyone has any suggestions as to where I can go from here, they would be greatly appreciated!!

Idk if it would work, but take out the pin(Which if its looses shouldnt be hard) and coat it with lear fingernail polish, or glue, but be careful, because too think will make it impossibile to put back in, but if you do get it too thick, dont worry, just sand it down and try again...

It's the same product, but it's not the SAME EXACT product.

Yes, it may be the same, but it's not the same exact ONE you bought.

Yeah, I can't see a problem with that, especially if he buys from the same store. He's bought a borked product and he's returning a borked product.

Actually, it is. He already bought it from that store, so it is the EXACT same one that he bought there and it's perfectly acceptable to return it. Look at it this way. He's going to buy two figures. One of them is broken and he's going to return that one. It's perfectly fine.

How does that matter, though? It's not like he'll be stuffing a Deluxe Prime into a Leader box and trying to take them for four times the item's value.

Actually, it's not. I have taken Transformers with QC issues back to TRU and Wal-mart to exchange for a new one without the package. They just get you to open the new one, make sure its okay and take the package to put the defective one in.

That only matters with items that have their own serials. In the case of toys, it's slightly different as all of the same figure have the same system/model/serial number. So it's perfectly fine. On the chargeback paperwork they have to do on broken merchandise, it'll make no difference.

Whereas doing this with consoles can get you in trouble, or other high end electronics, as each device has it's own serial. That needs to match point of sale etc for warranties and what not.

Wait, if the toy came in an ox, that's really weird.
