Escaping from college momentarily to take a trip with my friend to Wal-Mart, we wound up at a Dollar Tree. Though they had these before, I decided to pick up a knock-off Legends Brimstone and paint it up as the obvious repaint of swoop.(they also had k-o leobreaker and scrouge).

THis guy has an astounding amount of detail and a whopping 17 POA straight out of the package. Modded the head slightly with scissors to have only the center ridge remain. I have no sculpt, nor Krylon fushion to apply a base coat with, so painted he was.

With those limitations, I think he still turned out allright. Sure, he freakishly towers over other legends, but it's all good.

 

Good job! I really like those little Brimstone KOs, I've hoarded about 10 of 'em! I like the Legends Swoop idea, good goin'!

The wings on brimstone are really loose, and pieces come off alot. You get what you payed for.

 

Thanks for liking it. It was a pain to paint without a basecoat.

As for the quality, they're ok. Not the worst I've seen overall. A little superglue to this guy's joints and he became reasonably sturdy. Before that, he kinda just toppled over.
