So freakin' awesome! Once again great review and thanks for doing it.

Looks like no waist articulation, kind of a bummer

A bit short but he comes with Ravage!!!

Wondering still about those holes in his doors, kinda seems out of place. I suppose you can put his holo-projector in them?

Those thighs from his seats, as you noted, pretty ingenious

The holo projector's handle will fit there, but it's WAY too loose to do anything. The holes are simply where a screw goes to hold the two havles of the upper body together. There's a post right there and runs all the way through the torso that allows the upper body to pivot down into position for robot mode.

Great review Peaugh! Can't wait to find him at a store. :)  And if you get the chance, please post pictures of Ravage with the G1 missiles you mentioned about.

Just like the Hasbro Silverbolt, those different shades of green kills it for me. Let's hope that's not the final pain app.

    Ravage looks great though.

I agree! Awesome must have goodness! I don't mind his height, his G1 version was a bit short as well. I loved the seats on the G1, near the heels, But this is a great engineering trick using them as thighs!

Ravage is totally acceptable, especially for a freebee!

Don't sweat the waist Joe, we can fix that!

So has the question about whether Ravage will fit inside the original G1 Soundwave been answered? The answer to that will make or break this set for me.

I like Hound and i think it has great repaint potential. Shoulder missle is a nice touch.

All signs point to YES! I have not actually seen a pic of the new Ravage inside Soundwave's chest. but everyone, including the reviewer here, alludes to the fact that it will! Bonus!

Nice review - it's good to see that he does have a waistplate (Hasbro photographers got it wrong again) and he's a better green colour in person, though I might get the henkei version if they get the painted parts to match better.

Besides the green problems and no waist movement I'll still pick him up because I think he's cool as a jeep or off road vehicle and Ravage is a nice touch. So all and all, it was a good review and thanks, peaugh for that. We do appreciate it and insight for the upcoming wave of the Universe series.
