I picked him up tonight and right out of the box, he's got some incredibly loose joints, especially the ball joint the left arm is on. Anyone else having this problem?

ya, everyone. i haven't found him yet but pretty much every known figure has this.

    edit: i shoulda elaborated. sorry!

if you watch the reviews on like youtube, you'll see that its very common. the way to tighten ball joints is to add a drop or few of super glue and quickly snap the joint together and keep working the joint around. again, i don't have the fig but thats the generic cure for loose ball joints.

Mine weren't terribly loose, but not that tight either.

I didn't have that problem... the legs on mine just keep falling off, at the knees and hips. :(

Fixing joints is easy. If you have a little clear nail varnish, you just put some on the joint, leave it to dry for a half hour, then put the joint together and it's fine. You might want to work it a little after connecting it to make sure it moves smoothly, though.

I don't know if there's a difference, but every time I've used clear nail polish, i rubs off about the first time I move the joint, after it dries. Superglue works for me though. :)

My Galvatron only has that left arm ball joint problem. His legs are good and solid, they've never fell off on me yet.

Mine is loose as hell. I somehow managed to detach his right arm - the swivel turret. I'm not sure how it happened, because it looks incredibly difficult to reattach it. I just don't see a way to do it without some serious bending of the orange rod.

I had that happen to me too! I was transforming him back to tank mode, slide the arm out of bot mode and out came that orange peg. I had to unscrew Galvatron's torso, dismantle him and plug that orange rod back into the slot. It was a simple procedure and didn't have any complications doing it.

    2,000 CCs of energon stat!
    Hurry before he hemorages out!
Make sure to block off that arterial valve.
I SAID BLOCK IT OFF! (Oil spews everywhere.)
Close him up quickly, we're done!

Uh sir, you forgot to install this sanity chip during the procedure.
Bah, he won't need it, how unstable can he become?

    ----------

Wish I could find him already. I've searched about damn near the entirety of STL.

I must be the only one whos galvatron is perfect. I didn't have any parts fall off of him and all of his joints are tight...

Also the best thing to use on loose ball joints is clear nail polish, works like a charm.

Galvy is one of the first TFs I have bought in months. He isn't too shabby. I have no idea how his back kibble is supposed to go, but none of the arm problems people seem to have. The legs pop out a bit, but they go back in easily enough. Compared to my last purchase (Animated Blackarachnia) its like night and day.
