Considering character-wise it's supposed to be G1 Optimus, I don't think so.

To bad they used the Cybertron version of the mold.

Maybe make him blue also.

 

Any word on where, when, or how this one is being released? The Sam's Club theory is starting to sound like the most likely distribution source as part of this 'Mythical 5-Pack" that we're all salivating over.

I guess it's all theory and conjecture until we get confirmation straight from Hasbro or someone who works at Sam's or Wal-Mart.

 

I just might have to buy this one. I love that mold, one of the best deluxes in the entire Unicron Trilogy range.

 

Great figure, but the lack of a gun is disappointing, especially since his Over-run partner from Armada essentially made this guy a Targetmaster...

 

I will be getting this though I have like 7 of this mould already. Can't get enough of it.

im lookin for a armada prime everywhere...n they cost like hell...this prime really brings back memories...

 

As far as I know he's from the new Universe line, some have said he's probably a store exclusive or part of a mulit pack.

 

As for the no guns thing, I've always considered his smokestacks to be guns in robot mode.

So he looses the BFG rifle, but gains four chain guns?

I can live with that.
