I recently came across this pic

I didn't even know these were released under the Energon line. But after doing a little research, I noticed that these were released in Europe under the Energon banner, because apparently the Universe line never made it over there. So how rare are these?

I've never seen them, only the universe version.

I could imagine these are rare to find like on ebay or something, yes? I'm not interested in purchasing them or anything like that. I'm just curious

I recall the Universe versions being rather plentiful.

I remember the Energon sets being pretty common here in the UK. I think I bought about ten full sets over the course of a year. Just got my one MOSC and one loose set now.

They also released Devastator in the Energon line and Superion in the Cybertron line over there.

Why becuase universe 1.0 never came over there why i dunno. I bought some Armada toys in France back in 2004 and they came with a universe CD-Rom

Was it a white disc with a couple of black pencil-type bits of character artwork of, I think, Optimus Primal and Tigerhawk (or whoever they were recoloured as)?

    Not really rare at all.

Pretty much any decent toy store in Europe carried them in that packaging.
