*my apologies if this is in the wrong forum. Mods, feel free to move this thread if need be.*
I was out shopping at kmart when I found that the Universe Classics Ultra Class toys were clearancing out for $22.00US.(they were retailing for around $30.00US) I don't know if this is just a iowa/midwest thing, but I figured it'd be good to give you guys a heads up. Especially those of you who haven't had a chance to check out the likes of silverbolt or onslaught yet.
Picked up onslaught. he is most excellent.

Chapsy I think the usually retail for 26.96 in the main stores(Wal-Mart, Target and TRU). Good find none the less. The only ultras I'm missing is Powerglide(In my POL at BBTS, only 19) and Bruticus

Fred Meyers stores around here have them for 50% off. $15-ish with tax total.

Just saw Onslaught and Storm Cloud there at my Kmart today, and no clearance price.

    it's a few bucks cheaper.
kmart is more expensive than other retailers, but this price drop does make them cheaper than most other stores at the moment.
just to be safe, I'd call the stores in your area if you want to check this deal out, since it does seem like not all stores are clearancing them out.

    henkei version?
neat, I thought the only henkei around were deluxe molds.
I'll have to check him out and see what the differences are. more often than not those henkei look really sharp.

I don't think they're labelled "Henkei." They're just repainted for the Japanese market.

Basically Henkei, just not technically Henkei.

To put it more accurately, they're labeled as "Universe USA Editions", though they're actually Japanese editions of the USA editions.... So the naming actually doesnt make any sense. Rather, only the packaging is the USA edition, apart from the bottom of the box which is printed in Japanese.

There a so few Kmarts now. My area is dominated with Targets and Walmarts. I probably drive pass 2-3 of each before I reach my nearest Kmart.
