Here's my repaint of Universe Sunstreaker as Stunticon Breakdown. He is painted with Model Masters Acryls except for the face, eyes, and shoulders which were colored with Gundam markers. Unfortunately, my photography skills seem to be lacking: the vehicle mode looks better than it does in these pics. After removing Sunstreaker's 'horns' I filled the gap with some "Mighty Putty" which works nicely. I should probably go add some extra paint on him for details but as I'm running low on white paint, I'm going to have to postpone that for now. EDIT: Added pictures with my Dead End kitbash. I mentioned in another thread that I was planning on bashing my spare Prowl into Dead End. I own Henkei Wildrider and I have Universe Dragstrip on preorder. As for Motormaster... to be honest I don't really have any plans on make a kitbash of him. At the moment I have Titanium Menasor standing in for him.
Looks really good. I think it would benefit from more model masters paint in place of the gundam markers though. Mostly in car mode
Car mode is one hundred percent model masters. I used Gundam markers only on the face and shoulders. Yours was my inspiration. Which reminds me. I'm trying to make Prowl into Dead End right now and I'm having an annoyingly difficult time removing the screw that's holding the siren in place. For that matter is it actually that screw that's holding it there?
i actually just removed that entire red circle. Then super glued the plate back onto it's spot, then used some filler & sanded it down smooth.
I really like this I think Breakdown would benefit from having additional coats of paint, as it looks thin in some places. Aside from that, everything looks nice Great job
