An online collector friend used to work at the Universal Studio tour theme park. One of his first jobs was working the old Transformer shows. That was the late 80's when he started there. He took a few photos of the set, and suits. Check out my photo gallery to see some of these cool old photos that haven't been seen in years. Hope you enjoy.

I went to that in 1985. Shook Starscream's hand. Grimlock had just gone on break and the guy in the suit actually was 'in character' since I heard him say "Me Grimlock need a break". I've got pictures of myself sitting on Megatron's chest (they had a full sized statue of him there with him lying on the ground). I still have the Jazz pin that is in car mode looking at it one way and robot mode when you look at it a different angle.

I wonder if Alphie could get one of those suits.... lol That would be like the crown jewel of her collection. lol

Also got to wonder if they will make another of these for the movie release.

    YES!!!

I took a picture with Jazz when I was a kid! (1986-ish) I have a Jazz pin somewhere.

It's yellow and transforms depending on the angle inwhich you view it.

Universal Studios opened up a Tram ride in the early 60's. They were the first film studio to let the general public onto a film lot.
