I'm sticking with my Generations version (when he arrives).

The sparkly green stripes on the United version just look very 'non-Wheeljack like' if you ask me. Granted, I haven't seen what the white of the plastic looks like in hand, as I have United Drift and Jazz who make the Hasbro version look dirty. If the white plastic on the United Wheeljack is as nice as those two, I might have to reconsider.

Generations for me. It's a great paint job and unlike other hasbro releases, isn't lacking on paint applications.

We'll see proper actual pictures before BBTS have it in stock.

Stick it on your POL. Cancel it before it comes in if you don't like how it turns out.

im not a total henkei/united guy i do think some of the hasbro molds turned out better (kup for instance i prefer the hasbro release) but for some reason wheeljack just hasnt been a clear cut decision like the others

the one that I honestly think is the better toy? United I like the paint apps more and the decals remind me more of the old Lancia group B cars then the G/RTS one

the one I'm going to buy? Generations/rts I just dont see the point in paying the extra considering the minor differences even it they really make a difference

The overall superior visual quality on the United figures we have gotten so far makes me want to go United for all of them. Imho, the Hasbro versions kinda look like Fisher Price toys next to the United ones.

Generations. Much nicer looking than the United, though they're both really similar.

No, the Hasbro ones look like $15 toys, while the United ones look like $30 toys.

I was saying "no, he doesn't look like Fisher Price toy" they look like what they are. The only reason the United versions have so much paint is because they cost twice as much. Generations Wheeljack is on par if not nicer than the United version. He's a bright, proper white and has plenty of paint operations, even rims.

I usually go with Takara for these "Classics" figures, but Wheeljack definitely holds his own and I am more than happy with him. I really couldn't ask for any more and think a metallic paint job on him just wouldn't look right. The money saved is just a plus

Generations Wheeljack is very nice. The style of the paint app is more appealing. I would choose Generations if I had to choose one.

I usually buy both. Tracks and Jazz look better in United paint, but Wheeljack is more interesting to me in Generations form.

    :lol

I think this is what I meant:
A representation, especially pictorial or literary, in which the subject's distinctive features or peculiarities are deliberately exaggerated.
