I wasn't sure when I first saw the pics but now I've studied the images a bit more I think it will make Scourge stand out nicely from the 2 Generations ones I've got to be Sweeps.

I think I prefer the Generations version of Wheeljack too although I may end up getting both.

 

i actually think the united wheeljack looks better then in previous pics. i am once again glad i pre-ordered

 

I'm actually pretty happy with the way all of these look in pics, can't wait for tfsource to get them in stock for my order

 

Ugh Scourge, why must your colors clash so much?

 

LOL, yeah, he looks like a mishmash of blues. Reminds me of Hasbro's Universe Cyclonus release. That metallic blue looks nice, but seems out of place when the rest is a lighter shade.

 

Awesome galleries. Thanks to them I have canceled Scourge's preorder. His colors are just ridiculous. Wheeljack I'm unsure about. But I'm more then likely going to cancel him also. Looks like I just saved myself $70 thanks to the pics.

 

i like how wheeljack doesnt have a rear window on the united and the stripes continue further back, looks more like a race car, and tfsource is processing my united orders   cant wait to get them

 

Why did they do that to scourge? Its not that bad but man. Just paint all the blue tak! WTF!

 

I also like that they carried the stripes over to the back of the car instead of a window much like a real race car. I also like that they only used the circlular indents for the taillights to differentiate the alt mode too..something that I wished the Hasbro version did.
That said, I am glad I got the Generations version.

 

It's like Takara got a massive discount on metallic paint, bought a ton of it, then realized they didn't have enough to fully paint all the figures they had to make

So they just painted half of each figure

 

I don't like Scourge either, from those pics. I have United WfC Soundwave and though the mishmash of shiny paint and non-shiny is a bit...different, but some of the pics in the Cool Stuff thread (Sydneyy's, I think?) made him look really nice and I'm glad I own him once I got had him in my hands. Maybe I'd feel that way about United Scourge if I had him in my hands, but for now I'm content with the Generations release.

The others, though, look awesome and I'll be that much gladder when Wheeljack, G2 Prime, and Rumble/Frenzy enter my PoL.

 

wheeljack's lack of a rear window is almost as glaring as rts jazz's the stripes running down the back look horrid imo

laser prime looks awesome though, scourge i can take or leave, rumble and frenzy i want though

 

sadly I preordered three united scourges

i still like that the color scheme, they just didn't execute it well

SCOURGE for Japan is the coloring that is near to an ANIME printing block. It is profound knowledge unlike the original, but thinks that it is a splendid design.

 

^Yes, agreed! However, robot mode looks more desirable.

I really do like how Scourge turned out. Unlike the how they placed the metallic blue on Soundwave (poor guy), Scourge is doesn't look patchy at all. It looks as though he has Heavy Plating on his shoulders, chest, forearms, and...umm...crotch.  

The only thing I like about Wheeljack over the Generations version is the green stripe on the door panels connect to the canopy.

 

masabon kinda changed my mind on WJ. IDK now. I might get him. Scourge looks good in these pics too.
