Someone says they've found Slugslinger in Sainsburys:

I've asked for a picture of the toy, card back and insert.

 

I heard about this from seeiatch yesterday, went to check out 2 large local Sainsbury's here in Leeds and didn't find one titans return figure, just the usual TLK and RID crap. I'm guessing if this is true it'll be a bit like the £5 Tesco deluxes that only appeared in certain stores. Sigh.

 

Having said all that if anyone spots slugslinger and is willing to pick up an extra one for me I'll be happy to pay for the figure and any postage costs!  

 

Yeah, if this turns out to be true and anyone in the Essex/ Suffolk area finds a Slugslinger i'll gladly make it worth your while if you can grab me one.

 

No Slugslinger miracle find in either the Savacentre Sainsburys at Colliers Wood or the Big Sainsburys at Wandsworth. Quelle surprise. In fact no TR at all.

Has anyone seen Skullitron or Infernocus in the Old Kent Road TRU?

 

Welp, checked out Warrington Sainsbury's after work, their toy aisle and all cardboard stands have taken a big beating, of every franchises not just TF's, shelves empty, stock unorganised about (hurricane ophelia must've swept through). There was one woman who was dragging cage after cage and filling shelves with what looked like new stock (she was sorting labels as she went about) but each of her cages were organised together (i.e Dino Valley, Fisher Price) but I got conscious hanging around walking back and forth waiting to see if she'd finally bring out a TF cage at some point so left with my milk and chocolate shreddies   might take another look tomorrow to see if the job got finished and see if Slugslinger has appeared there.

Do we know how viable the source was that said Slugslinger has been spotted? Do we also think there may be any chance of Blitzy or Octane getting a release at brick and mortar stores?

 

Saw Skullitron & Megatron in the Oxford TRU yesterday. They also have the TR version of Cosmos and had Seaspray. Also, loads of Hot Rods.

 

TR Fortress Maximus for £120 in TK Maxx Weston super Mare.

 

Thats the act same thing that happened to me.
But the only stock on shelves was 50 of One Step Berserker and Megatron  

 

Found legion class dragonstorm and megatron in Debenhams (of all places )the one in Leicester highcross for £8 each Argos has a sale on so I got the voyager megatron for £24

 

Oh hell yes, I've been waiting for that legion Dragonstorm! Nice find mate

 

Is it just me or does £120 still feel a bit too expensive for TF in a TK Maxx, even TR Fort Max?

 

TLK deluxe Megatron and Skullitron both in Toys R Us Leeds Birstall as of 2pm this afternoon for anyone interested in them. Seeiatch? Both £21 I think but didn't look too closely as I was looking for new titans return figures. I was disappointed.

 

@Gingerchris yeah that's to expensive for tk maxx considering that the reason most people go there is because products are cheaper there

Forgot to mention the toysrus in the Leicester highcross also had the mission to cybertron Optimus two pack and the little dikkie toys drift,crosshairs and bumblebee and the Debenhams in the highcross where i found megatron and dragonstorm also had the rid legion springload,starscream ,Optimus ,bumblebee ,grimlock ,blurr and bisk and I don't know if it's the same for everyone else but for me I've only seen springload once and never saw starscream
