Mine works. I just check and it says the package was posted Apr 2, and left Hong Kong on Apr 5, so I guess it's making it's way across the ocean as we speak. Sorry, that was the hongkongpost link they included in the email.
I'm still waiting on an e-mail I sent them a couple days ago, I never got a shipping notice and they are know sold out on the Autobot set. I'm not expecting it anytime soon but it would be nice to know that they did ship my set out.
Next time I won't order from BBTS. It's not their fault, of course, I just had no idea the difference in shipping time. I emailed them asking if they had an estimate for when it might arrive, but I'm expecting a scripted response.
Mine's not working either. I figured I'd give it a week and if it still doesn't show I'll email them. Now that I know someone else's is funky, that makes me feel better about it.
^^^ It doesn't matter where you preorder from, no one store gets toys any faster than anyone else on a regular basis. Sometimes it's BBTS, tfsource, toyarena, or Robotkingdom..... its just random.... I suggest supporting your favorite store and sticking by them as long as they are treating you RIGHT.
BBTS may use a standardised response where possible, but generally their customer service does seek to provide you with actual answers instead of just stalling you or fobbing you off. Think of it this way, next month we'll be tapping our fingers waiting for something else. What's a few extra days?
Well, the response I got was polite, but it just said that all they know is what's posted on their website, which isn't true since it still says Q1 2011. If they're still unsure it should at least say Q2 2011. Whatever else happens I don't think they'll be able to ship back in time.
Yeah, I got Rumble/Frenzy from TFSource before anyone here on the boards seemed to have got them, but BBTS got Warpath and TFSource hasn't so I'm still waiting on him.
So anyone get theirs yet? I'm wondering if the Hong Kong versions lack the booklet the e-Hobby ones come with? Thanks! Randy
Still waiting on a response here, wishing I had put my order in with someone else now. Anyone else order the I-gear E-hobby Kup heads? EDIT: HERE this guy ordered from Robot Kingdom and in the first picture it looks like some kind of literature on the left, might not be the booklet however.
Hey PoweredConvoy, Opened the Decepticon Set that I got from Robotkingdom and checked & double-checked (including opening the Instruction manuel(s) Bag) and to report, it seems like the Hong-Kong Releases did not get the E-Hobby Comic. Yep, just got home from class and saw an e-mail saying they were in stock. Went to ship it, it said my card was being processed. Refreshed it a few minutes later and it was ready to ship. The Pile I've been waitin on since February is ready to go!
Got my email from BBTS! Hells yeah! And ironically I think I'll be letting it sit in my pile of loot for a little while longer... but at least I know I have it!
