I just need to figure out how to standardize their hands & feet - I was okay with the HFG that Computron came with, but if Abominus is going to be getting all fancy, I'd like Computron to be at the same fanciness level. Might just need to see if I can still get Perfect Effect hands & feet for both.

Gave in and pulled the trigger on this set through an ebay auction. Paid pretty much what I would have had I bought it during original release.

What sold me is how much I ended up liking the UW Superion and UW Devastator as well as the upcoming Abominus(kind of hard to have that and not his adversary). These sets seem to be running with a toon aesthetic *and* playability which I'm in the market for. Not masterpiece, but clearly identifiable toon characters which I can easily mess with and not stress too much while doing so. I had been eyeing the Maketoys set for a long time, but it's not checkmarking the aforementioned boxes.

 

Is it possible to purchase UW Nosecone by himself?

 

Very nice. Do you have any plans on painting the limbs? I've got both sets and I don't like either nosecone option...I'm a g1 toy guy when it comes to technobots and takaras color on nosecone really bugs me.

 

Those just look to be the perfect effect set.
