The 'con corpses in the hangar made me lol, wonder what Skystalker and company planned on doing with Bonecrusher and company's bodies...

Interesting - nice to see this translated, and it's all left up in the air so I'm guessing there is going to be a follow up in some other pack in comic? The use of Brawl in the pile'o'corpses was a bit of a head scratcher since the 1st movie bots should have been dumped into the Laurentian Abys ages ago, but I guess it was just another random 'con from the end of RoTF who shared a body type... after all, Bonecrusher was there too, but we specifically saw a look alike in the end of RoTF.

That was pretty good. I'd argue better than some of the actual IDW movie tie-ins have been, and Guido was pretty on fire here...

Q? Who is "Wildfire" that they couldn't break down @ the recycling plant.

also, makes me sad Unite Voyager Prime never came out... :(

Were he and Megatron canceled or simply put on hold? Seeing how the entire purpose of the comic seems to be to cross-sell him and Bludgeon, it would indeed be disappointing for him to never see release.

Also, the Shakespeare reference with Bludgeon's head was brilliant.

Well, the Shakespeare reference doubles as a homage to the G2 book. Which did that as well, only with Bludgeon's ACTUAL skull.

For a freebie that was pretty good, art was great. Really would have liked that Jet Prime figure though. :(

Interesting that Simon and Guido were part of what was apparently a Japanese-only comic. Makes me wonder if Hasbro was on board for "Unite for the Universe" at some point.

More to the point, can Hasbro hire them more often. I'd be all for pack in comics if they were like this. Even if they'll get butchered in Europe I'd still be able to read them online.

Furman did the Rodimus Vs Cyclonus comic for the recently-released Battle in Space 2 pack.

He and Guido did the Skids & Screech comic, too.

    That one was Japanese.

Not for nothing....but Guido does good work with the movie designs. I was able to see what was what. Much better than the other person they have doing the comics for the movieverse currently.

I wish Guido did the art for that one too.

And I wish Furman didn't write it.  I've never had issues with the man's work in the past, but his lack of understanding of the G1 animated series' characters astounded me. The guy should stick to his comic universes and not dabble in the animated show he seems to care nothing for.

"See, the Aria-Bellum's about code and honor, an' when you boil it right down...I got neither!" -Cyclonus

...wait, what?!? Cyclonus, possibly the most honorable Decepticon in G1 is suddenly talking like a street thug without a code of honor? Tracks is also referred to as both "Warpath" and "Lugnut" in his cameos. That Battle in Space comic is just a weird read overall.

That said, I loved this Unite for the Universe comic. Thanks for the translation, guys! I'm wondering where/how it will be continued.
