He looks so bright and full of color! Nice
Is there grey underneath the green paint on the back fins?
Has anyone else had issues popping parts on this guy? There aren't any divots for fingernails; in fact, a lot of the parts join with almost no seam, and the amount of force it takes to get them apart is kind of extreme. I basically have to go back and forth between using a spudger and a screwdriver to do any transformation.
I sold my Allen so can't check but from memory they are green plastic.
Same. I broke a nail trying to pull a yellow piece out for copter mode! Luckily, I did not bleed. I have to use a tool to get the gray ball jointed bits out from his legs
Those gray parts are the only pieces I need a tool for; I don’t think it’s humanly possible to get them out otherwise.
How did you paint his hands, face, and thighs? It looks great. His face looks better!
Allen has sword storage in car mode
How did you make the feet grey?
With a small brush, well I used a bigger one on the legs. But the rest was just a small brush.
Just a brush? That is all?
What paint did you use, because the paint I have is the kind that feels dry when it........dries......
Mine is not silky smooth like nail polish.
Look back a few pages, I went over this twice already.
Oh. Okay. Thanks
... where, exactly? Because the only obvious mount point is the helicopter port, which defeats the point of hiding the blades.
Makes me appreciate Allen more seeing these images as the Fans Toys Springer seems more cartoon accurate. But after seeing these pictures, he will be my only Springer. No Apache for me now. Thanks!
