On an MP S3 shelf next to Magnus his feet won't stick out that much.

I think I'll buy him. The grey feet look much better.

 

Yeah defo needs grey feet. Robot mode should take priority.

 

Oi! Those feet turn grey and I'm in. Just a wee bit too big but I can deal with it. Maybe too green? Idk seems like a florescent green.

 

This is going right next to mp22, mp9, and Buzzing! Throw in delicate warrior too! Im so excited for this reveal. Now to unload these carbots. I'll sell wheeljack, smokescreen, roadrage, and invisible for the same price as this figure. The twin lambos they aint going anywhere though.

 

I want to like this more than I actually do. I may pick it up anyway, to tide me over until 2034(when FT releases theirs) or DX9 takes a shot at Springer.

I like the size and proportions (aside from the giant shitkickers), but the colors are not sitting well with me (the shade of green seems too day glo and color placement in general looks poor).

The car mode looks like crap (as most toy Springers tend to), though this is something I could forgive.

Size is great. Chopper mode size is impressive...most impressive.

Something about this screams "Fisher Price: My first Springer" to me though. I can't quite put my finger on it. Could be the colors. Could be the generic overall look. Could be just having a huge toy with relatively little detail. Could be all of the above.

Making the feet grey is definitely the right call, and certainly serves to make them appear smaller. He is pretty mahoosive overall though, no?

I'm definitely keen to see more.

I think I prefer the yellow feet myself. The grey totally fucks up both alt modes. I can live with yellow feet, or at least it seems less noticeable to me for some reason.

This thing does look great except for that ugly car mode, but we know that isn't Unique toys fault. It is a flaw with the G1 Springer design itself.

I like the size on him too. Springer was a burly dude. I can go with a bit large than Rodimus. With the MP movie cast coming together this dude is gonna fit in great.

 

It's in the ballpark unlike their gigantor Blitzwing lol

 

I'd buy this... if I had the money. I can live with the yellow feet.

 

I know it's not perfect but I really like what they did here. He looks big, beefy and fun. Something DX9 did with blitzwing too and gewalt was awesome.

Yellow foot club for me. I agree with CVprowl, gray just throws off the alt modes too much for me. I can deal with the robot feet being yellow.

 

This is the closest to the toon both in proportions and roundness than any other offerings..The only thing thats not accurate is the colour of the feet but thats only coz they form the front part of his vehicle mode..Overall in looks he wins by a mile..Sry FT and TW.

 

I wonder how come they couldn't have tried for swiveling the toe-foot assembly right around so the other side would become his foot ??

That way, you could hide the yellow part in bot modes but still have them in alt modes. And then it would retain the Grey feet as well !!

 

Love the look of this. Personally agree that, yes, the grey feet are a better choice.

 

This looks terrible. Way too rounded, almost looks like an animated figure
