I honestly want a new barricade.

 

UT's shoulders are sill way more accurate than black mamba's version. Which is a design cue that many attempts on Optimus fgures fail to capture. And the alt mode looks much better too. Not to mention the forearm proportions. Besides, the amount of seamlines on blackmamba's alt mode makes me worried about the transformation. Honestly would still be patient for UT's.

Also, people need to chill the hell down. If UT cancelled this, we would have gotten news by now

Yes that seems like a good indication that we might get it but also that prototype is pretty different than what was revealed today. It still has the old forearms! I'm hoping we'll get the shield and maybe the shotgun or blade from TLK as well. And I hope they reveal a face-changing gimmick!

 

Going through the thread titles in this forum it sure looks like Black Mamba has been busy!

 

I think that the longer it takes UT to produce some pics the better it will be. I mean it took some time with Preu Kill and look at what we got a glorious 3rd party Lockdown that when you transform it to bot mode you're like where did the car go. So I feel like once UT does post pics we will all be like OMG.

 

But still it is a competition, if black mamba first released their own version, UT wouldnt have that so much impact. But im still preparing for that black magic surprise UT gives us

 

UT truck mode has my vote

 

BMB's looks like someone tried to make a jigsaw puzzle out of a marshmallow.

(I'm being mean, but those jagged panel lines right across the windows... and the squished proportions... ew.)

I have a feeling that UT is going to come out the clear winner here if they've been refining the prototype all this time. Just look at how much they improved Hot Rod/La Hire since the original renders.

 

The way that the front ends UP on his feets, makes me think that this is a glorius remold of TLK voyager OP.

Let's face it. That mold still have (with kibble and all ) the most solid truck/alt (in a single released toy) mode. At least without falling apart.

Those alt modes in leader primes by HasTak gave me nightmares.

I like Black Mamba's hands,forearms,abdomen and feet but the rest of the bot mode and the vehicle mode,i prefer Unique Toys

 

Cant forget the head placement. Thats much better on Black Mamba's version too since its not awkwardly far back. The lower legs look a good deal more accurate than Challenger's too.

If Black Mamba's is cheaper than Challenger and better quality than El Cid, he'll certainly be my go to choice.

Figures of that Size (I think 3P Optimus Primes are ALL around the same Size) is ALWAYS 100$.
Price Range 90$ - 130$ (90-100 if you Choose early Bird / Pre Order).

Ther is NO WAY you get such a Figure
NEW AND SEALED for around 50$-70$ without Shipping Cost
People should stop to Dream about such low Price Tags.

100$ is the Magical Number; Most of 3rd Party Combiner Limbs are 100$, most Figures of that Size are around
100$, all Optimus Prime Figures, all DX9 Figures (YES also DX9 T-Beast Rodimus)

BUT, that makes it easier to Choose i think. If all are the same Price, you only Need to choose the Version that Looks best for you.

I do not know about the Additional Items that Black Mamba Comes with, maybe i will buy this Version also.

As i have predicted AA El Cid is a complete Mess; i saw Youtube Videos
Figure is to complicated for Transformation, and not even Knight Screen Accurate.

So for now, i will stick to UT.

 

Rendsora is 25 dollars 35 with shipping and he is massive. So why cant we assume going on other black mamba items he will be priced nicely. I mean OS nitro was around 45 shipped he is also black mamba. We will have to see.. i personally like both.

Because their previous stuff were ko so , and this is a completely independent new mold as far as I can tell . So there would be design / engineering cost to factor into pricing this time around .
