No idea. It can vary quite a bit. Probably a minimum of 2 weeks later. But the thing is Asia shipping always takes longer, so they (tfsource) could very well HAVE him instock before a TF-direct shippment arrives to you. Odds are you'd have it in hand from TF direct first. But the difference could be anywhere from less than a week to more than a month. It depends on a whole bunch of different things.

Absolutely.

I usually don't bother with Asian sellers on something I expect to be able to get easily from a US seller because the shipping can be such a headache and sometimes it even arrives AFTER people are getting it from US sellers. I mostly buy high end KO's from TF-direct or 3P stuff that for some reason isn't widely available here (it happens from time to time). Those tend to be harder to get domesticly.

In theory you can get things cheaper from asia though if you shop carefully and preorder well ahead of time.

I haven't used TFsource a whole bunch so I'm not sure how they rank. But I have been impressed with just how often ChosenPrime seems to be one of the first to get things in. They've become the domestic seller I use most frequently. But most are pretty good. On any given order a seller still may end up last- you never know.

 

I usually don't either, but I had to breakdown and order LT02 from a Chinese seller on eBay, cause he sold out on every website I use. But turns out that while the seller had 100% feedback, that changed drastically 2 days after I bought LT02. Long story short, I had to order another one from a trusted eBay seller from China, but at a higher price.

I've always used BBTS for 3rd party toys, but for some reason they're not selling Challenger.

 

They didn't carry Peru Kill either and some others.

 

They've really cut back on the 3P stuff they carry. They also seem to be extra touchy about 3P Prime figures. IIRC there have been several lines where they didn't carry Prime but did carry some other figures.

 

I always wondered about that, because they have UT toys on their website. So how do they pick and choose what they sell??

 

I know this is going to sound like a really childish response, but that's really lame lol.

If you're going to sell third party toys, then sell all third party toys, if not, buyers like me will just go elsewhere to buy all our toys, instead of having to go to different sites for different toys.

 

I preorder nearly everything through BBTS because of the ease of canceling (nothing worse than holding off on ordering something only to have it sell out everywhere). But I cancel and buy 90% of my stuff elsewhere anymore. I used to be a big fan of theirs and their amazing customer service. In more recent years they've actually screwed me over a couple times as well as just not carrying things or only selling sets when i want single toys. They've lost most of my business.

 

Yup, I had the same issues with them!! That's why I order everything through TfSource now, and haven't had any issues with them so far.

 

Has anyone else gotten an invoice? I preordered through @ShowZStore so I've already paid in full. Just waiting to get that sweet sweet shipping notice.

 

I used to use BBTS exclusively, now I use Robotoybase, ShowZ or Baba. BBTS blows now and I've had nothing but bad experiences with Tfsource so I don't deal with either. I'm in Canada so shipping from HK/China is cheaper and faster than buying from the US surprisingly. Can't wait to see an English review of this guy!

 

I ordered from The Chosen Prime, and paid everything upfront. Hope I get this bad boy soon!

What's the best price out there? Best I've seen is $135 shipped.

 

Showzstore is all I use now. They are cheaper than the domestic stores and shipping is free and fast. Heck, tfsource requires purchases of overy 150 and still takes 2 weeks to arrive. Their customer service sucks as well. Showzstore has my business for life.
