well im excited about this newest release of unicron. that is a swell item to add to my collection. looks like hasbro doesnt want the 3rd parties to get all my transformers money. ive got to figure out a budget with all this new awesome stuff coming out though.

im looking for some info about this unicron.

    how big?

    how much?

how many different releases has unicron had? were there different sizes?

The original was $50 in the US... I am hoping for not too much more than that. I can't imagine it will get much sales if it is 100-150.

I have both of the previous US releases myself. I like the new one a lot but I don't really need a third Unicron. Maybe sell my Armada one if I feel like getting this one.

Think it was originally quoted to be 60 bucks.. 150 would be stretch for sure, for a domestic release.. Im just considering present day fandom, and what prices are like. Ultimate OP @ 80, I wouldnt be surprised at all if they went 100 or more on this. Being an exclusive can add a good amount alone too.

Google "Amazon Unicron Exclusive" and see what pops up.

    Ask Jeeves?

Seriously though, I wouldn't be surprised to see this going for 30-60 at retail, but anything more might be pushing it, especially in the US. However at the same time, actually finding this at Wal-Mart & friends isn't something I'd bet on either, at least not right away, and at least not in very large volumes. I could be wrong here, but you know.

Yes it's an amazon exclusive which means it won't be at your regular retailers online or at the brick and mortars.

$30-$60 is WAAAAAAYYYYY too low. It's going to be AT LEAST $80....and thats on the extreme low end.

I need to find out if Amazon does preorders for their exclusives? Does anyone out there know?

Dang TJ If I would've known about your Armada Unicron, I would've taken it off your hands in a heartbeat. LOL ;)

I NEED to get my hands on this Amazon Unicron. He is the only '86 Movie character that hasn't gotten any love in my collection.

The store exclusives routinely go over Hasbro's MSRP.
