Thanks Valkysas. I didn't know you could do that. I tried to do the same thing with Armada Unicron but the Mini-Con peg on his right side rounded off too much for it to work. However after some trial and error I was able to use your trick to make his shell wings stand up better and will do the same with my Energon version. I'll try your trick again when the Amazon version comes in.
The left side of mine worked just fine but I think the Mini-Con port deformed just enough were it wouldn't work on the other side. I haven't tried it on the Energon version as I like the shell wings up on them but I will give it another shot with Amazon Unicron. Something else I learned was my Energon Unicron's upper right wing (the plant ring part) wasn't molded right. The little "fins" on the inner part of the wings that are above every Mini-Con port is missing on the bottom port on that wing. It isn't broken it just wasn't molded right. It's funny how you can spend so much time trying to find the one with the best paint apps and somehow still miss something like that.
I got my Amazon Unicron today and while trying the trick Valkysas posted earlier I was able to get the lower wings to peg into the shells instead of the upper ones. I hope this helps some and thanks again to Valkysas for the tip.
Oh wow, I've never been able to get the lower wings to peg in, for some reason. Guess I wasnt trying right! Cool!
