its too bad this was never released. but he does have alot of back kibble, like half his planet mode.
I like that Unicron more than the Armada one they released. This one has a more powerful look to him.
My understanding was that Neo performed so poorly that Takara decided to try their own reboot back to Car Robots. That was also a huge flop so they took a break from Transformers with Web Diver, which also did not succeed and then worked with Hasbro on Armada and its sequels.
The fact that BW Neo didn't sell well helped me a lot with collecting the line as I started late, though I wonder what Takara was thinking at that time selling such complicated toys.
