Which Transformer figures have you not been able to fully transform?

I've got three that I can't transform completely and one that is bugging the hell out of me!

MP05 Megatron, I can never get his legs in the locked position for gun mode
Leader class ROTF Starscream, too complicated to figure out
Leader class ROTF Optimus Prime. I can not for the life of me figure out his chest piece while transforming him into truck mode. I've gotten so close to it, but it's like everything is in everything else's way! I got so mad at the thing I tossed it onto the floor in the living room! Arrrrrrgh! luckily, parts just popped off and I was able to pop them back on and turn him back into robot mode.
He's also damn annoying with his "We must stop the Decepticons" voice box activating every time I try and transform the SOB! I freaking hate this toy sometimes!
I don't even want to try Starscream.

These are toys for children. Since I'm not a child, I can transform them. There's not one I can't transform.

You need to stay away from Beast Wars Neo.

    Beast Wars Neo is overrated.

Ha! I remember as a kid these things were easy to transform and the older teenagers couldn't figure them out. Now, their making the toys much more complicated. Thanks for warning me on Beast Wars, luckily there of no interest to me anyway.
I wonder if there are some even more complex then the ones I mentioned.

Have you tried looking at the instructions?

I admit, no. I prefer to figure it out on my own and then if all else fails, read the instructions. Sometimes the instructions don't even help when I do read'em.
And yes, I have checked out YouTube for some reviews on this figure but watching it, and doing it, don't always work.
I bet it's probably something very simple I'm missing. If I attempt it again soon, I'll be sure to take pictures of it and post it here.

I remember when I was little younger, I got a Storm Jet which didn't come with instructions for some reason. (Somebody may have returned it.) I never figured that one out, tossed it into a drawer, and now look back on that moment as a display of idiocy.

Don't listen to the Beast Wars Neo haters, there are a lot of amazing figures in that series.

I had a hard time trying to figure out how to transform ROTF 2009 Voyager mixmaster. after a while I finally figured out how to transform the toy into vechicle mode. trying to line up all the stuff in the front hood & cement barrel was a bit puzzling to figure out. after a hour I finally figured it all out.

As a kid it was always my mission to figure out TFs without instructions. But as far as engineering has come in today's toys, plus me simply not wanting to damage my collectibles, I always refer to the instructions as a precaution. Sure, they're not always accurate or complete all the time either.

Speaking of WFC Bumblebee, I took my kids to the Bot-con play area and found one that I sat and fiddled with for a while, and never did figure out how to completely transform him to his alt mode. Once I got the fig it still took me about 10 times, using the instructions, to get him properly into car mode. I could never get all 4 of his wheels level. LOL!

I never have too much trouble transforming my figures. The one that does come to mind though was classics Devastator. That POS had me so frustrated for years until I finall took apart some of the connecting leg pieces and figured out there was a problem with the QC. It's fixed though and haven't had too much trouble since.

I love the line. I brought them up because I don't think the OP will be able to handle transforming them.

Haha, true. Maybe he could handle Heinrad, unless he doesn't like alarm clocks.

Are the Beast Wars figures really that complicated?
Now, I can handle a lot of complicated figures, but this ROTF Prime has got me baffled. It's mostly his cab/chest area.

90% of Beast Wars Neo figures are finicky shellformers.
