I'm starting to see where they could make an upgrade kit. Probably a bunch of little peg in pieces, as they removed a bunch of details like the shoulders.

 

does the wheel on his lower leg still able to swing up to the upper leg, or was it simplified so it no longer able to move out?

I think they couldve gave this thing a better paintjob, honestly. The face looks like some rando painted it for fun.
