Just had a game where the host left, it wasn't getting better, so I quit the game and started it back up.

I tried going into Multiplayer, and it is stuck on the "Connecting to FOC servers" thing, and it goes on for a good couple minutes. Same with Escalation.

I don't cheat, I don't hack or anything, so I don't see it being a "Banned from Servers" thing, but nonetheless it's a bit irritating.

Anyone else having this problem?

 

PC or Console?

 

Console, I've turned the PS3 off and on, took the disc out, and let it sit for a bit without a messing with it, and I still can't seem to connect.

 

The servers are probably down, for whatever reason. Give it a half hour or so and try again.

 

That's weird. I'm currently in the PS3 versions MP menu, and able to navigate through the options.

 

Thing is that I have friends who are online as well and in games, so how can the servers be down when people are still in matches?

 

Yup...just tested it out by opening a private match and it went in fine.

I'm having that problem as well. I'm having absolutely AWFUL connection problems today. Is wifi affected by weather? Because it's been pretty stormy where I'm at because of the hurricane coming.

 

Just tried the demo. Same deal, can't get on.

I really don't know why this would happen to my account, true I did leave a lot of matches today but it's not like I'm a hacker, or cheater. Unless someone reported me as such and I'm under "Investigation" :/

 

I don't think you can report people for cheating on PSN. I could be wrong.

 

But you can report them to High moon studios for inspection.

And it could be my connection, it has been shifty lately

 

Anyone think they could go on PSN and send me an invite for a MP match? Maybe that could help me into the servers?

There's no bad weather, my connection is fine, I'm really wondering what the problem is.

I just sent you an invite. But it seems that everyone just got disconnected.

 

Just got the invite, annnnnd

I click join, and it just exits me out of the message menu, no changes. Called Activision and they basically gave me a "wait and see what happens" answer :/

Hopefully the servers are kind to me in the next couple days.

And huh..everyone got DC'd? Are you able to get back on?
