ok, i have a bit of an issue, and i think this is the right board. i have no Classics Starscream, no Classics Prime, no Classics Skywarp, and no Classics Ultra Magnus. i found the 2 pack of Magnus and Skywarp, but when it was in stores, it was $20. the one i found is $30, but $15 shipping. if you were to buy the figures on their own at normal prices (deluxe at $10, etc.), it would be $30.

    is it worth getting?

Yes. The voyager Prime/Magnus mould is top notch, and everybody (not literally) is clamouring for the Magnus, now there's the fan-made armour/trailer around the corner. Skywarp is kinda' okay also.

Skywarp is gorgeous... truthfully much better looking than Classics Starscream, with nicer paint apps as well (his face is actually painted silver for example).

Magnus looks as good as a white Classics Prime could expect to look. Also a nice figure. And yeah... he's more in demand now since the fandom is excited for the Ultra Magnus custom grade-up armour... though I'm sure most of us aren't actually planning on shelling out for that.

If you don't have any versions of these molds, I'd say go for it. In Canada Deluxes are $15 and Voyagers are $30, so it even with the shipping it would only be retail cost by my standards. :)

No they are pretty well done. THe Prime/Magnus figure is very well articulated, has a interesting transformation and is well armed. THe only thing missing is his trailer really. THe seeker mold is another cool mold that has decent articulation, an innovative transformation and a great updated paint job. Both are a great figures to add to your collection.

awesome! i may even redeco Magnus if i feel i dont like him-like make him look like the box art lol

also, if the price was $50, still worth it? trying to have a backup plan, and therre may be that as an option as well

Definitely worth getting. IMO Skywarp is visually the best release of the mold. Ultra Magnus is just another white Prime, but it's a great mold. So yes, I'd totally recommend it.

My only warning is about the classics seeker mold is the tight hinges the rudders have. I accidently stressed mine on a Starscream and Skywarp from folding, causing them to crack.

I'd scoop that up for sure. Skywarp is the best looking version of that mold, better than Botcon Thundercracker, who costs over $200 on eBay.

Considering that they've been going for as much as $60 before shipping on Ebay, that is a fair price.

It's a good price, and they're great figures. If you don't own either of them, in any color, then it's a great set to pick up. Even if you don't like Magnus' color scheme, the toy itself is a lot of fun. Better than Skywarp, in fact. As for Skywarp, his color scheme is the best of the Seekers (even more than the Botcon ones, in my opinion) and he's got an awesome jet mode. You can't go wrong with that set.

Even if you look around the board for them loose they'd be at least $15+shipping if not more. If you bought them together that'd be $35-$40. If separate then $40-$45. More if you're not in the same country as the seller so a good buy.

And I agree with what's been said. Skywarp looks just as good as botcon thundercracker and the Japanese ones are different, but if you plan on getting the japanese thundercracker then you might as well commit to getting the japanese starscream and skywarp for consistency.

Magnus looks good but he is a little to white. I'm getting the add-on set which will give him the color he needs.
