    Mine's chest paint is a huge mess - might be more fallen/flaked off now than what is actually left. And he isn't abused or over handled or anything... he's just be flaking for years now. Ah well.

    Yep, both my Jetstorm & Rattrap are the same...really badly flaked. I saw a Rattrap at a toy show a few weks ago where almost all the chrome had flaked off and it was still on it's sealed card....like a Rattrap snow globe!

    I wonder if the 10th anniversary Rattrap has the same problem.

    Yeah I was sad when mine did that as well. And he was in good shape. All it took was one fall off the shelf....=(

    No the 10th anniversary doesn't have any vac metalizing, it's paint on that version.

    My Transmetal 2 Ramulus is terrible for chrome flaking. I hear he's another one who suffers with it.

    Thankfully it hasn't happened to my Rattrap yet. I really like the mold.
