Hey, I have the Ultimate X-Men #1 Gamestop Variant that came with the x-men legends game back in 2001. Is this worth anything? Just cleaning out my old collection of comics and thought this might be a hot one. I can't seem to find ANY info on this online.

Generally modern comics aren't worth more than cover price.
The reason things like Action Comics #1 are worth so much is that it was the first appearance of Superman and there are only a handful left now from the birth of comics. Nowadays from at least the 90's onwards they realised "hey people collect this stuff and will go crazy for it" so print runs are large, reprints happen, the quality of paper is better so it lasts longer, and people tend to hang on to them.

This results in them not being rare any more.

Maybe some indie books with smaller print runs whose creators go on to be the next big thing, those things might increase in value.

Creators signatures can increase value some, but not so much. Its just a saturated market.
