that is creepy....
Yeah, thats freaky, but pretty cool.
*looks at the head* ...Whoah. Robot ninja FTW.
Haha, that's pretty awesome! The head gives me kind of a Waspinator/50's horror movie vibe...
has sci-fi tought them anything? ROBOTS WILL KILL US ALL!
Great, there goes all of our jobs.
That's pretty cool. Too bad it's just going to get stolen by Megatron, and turned into a weapon against the Autobots.
"Taste the powers of the violin-playing deathbot, Optimus Prime! Muahahahaha!!"
Creepy? No. Amazing? Yes.
That's a lot of effort put into making a robot just so it can play a violin, heck the robot even sways around to make it seem more life like.
Now we need one that can play Guitar Hero... then one that can play a real electric guitar...
It plays violin 1000 times better than I used to
Don't forget to make them 3 laws safe Toyota. I don't want no robot clubbing me over the head with a violin.
That is pretty awesome.
Now let's hope almost every sci-fi movie ever was wrong and the robots don't go on a rampage and kill us all.
That's what makes it so damn creepy - seriously that freaks me out, as much as I like sci-fi and Transformers and such, seeing a machine that moves in such a human-like way unsettles me for some reason.
It's commonly called the Uncanny Valley.
you guys ever hear of the "uncanny valley" theory? check it out. I think it applies here.
^^ gah! beat me to it!
It is utterly stunning how smooth and fluid the movements are. And it actually plays pretty well. Hard to beleive it's not alive when it moves like that.
because everyone needs a robot who can play the violin!
I'm the same way. I always wondered if dolphins had thumbs if they'd take over the world or something, you know? But machines think faster then we do. And if one had self-awareness and more joined in against us... we'd be screwed 8D..
Unless it were like, the Autobots. Unfortunately, they don't really exist.
Whats up with car companys making robots?first honda and now this.
