    And the best part is: It's a crappy figure!! It's animatronics are jerky, the figure itself is a mess because of all the complex electronics. It's amazing, Hasbro can make a figure that sings, dances, mows your lawn, picks up the kids from school and delivers a pizza, but they just can't manage a Bumblebee that has a chest that folds up properly. :lol

    Ok, rant over. *bows* :D

    I didn't know it played nine songs. The demo I saw they only played the devo song.

    Transformers Ultimate Figure:

    * Animatronic Bumblebee figure
    * Converts from robot warrior to Camaro concept vehicle
    * Features electronic effects:
    o Lights
    o Sounds
    o Lifelike animation
    o 9 songs
    o 17 phrases
    * Requires 4 "AA" batteries (included)
    * Some assembly required

    There we go again for another 20-page drama of "crap, bla, bla, bla, lame, bla, bla, bla, overpriced, bla, bla, bla". Get over it.

    I think several people are calling it lame only because they can't afford it. It makes them feel better.

    Possibly. I genuinely don't want him. Ever since I saw that video of that Japanese guy tearing him apart, I've been off the idea of getting him. :lol

    Have you seen the videos of the transformation?

    Hell, I think the ten-dollar Deluxe '08 Camaro BB is a better Transformer than this thing.

    I think the general consensus is if they had left out all the electronic and animatronic BS, they could have made a Masterpiece-level toy that looked and transformed awesomely. But they didn't. They made a hundred-dollar toy with a bunch of gimmicks that collectors (the only ones who pay that much for a Transformer) won't ever use, and a transformation that makes Leader Prime look like G1 Bumblebee.

    I say "thanks but no thanks". I'll wait for the Masterpiece. Assuming Takara makes one, anyway. Something that's actually worth my money.

    Yes, I saw a video featuring a retard attempting to transform a $80 toy that was far too evolved for his skills.

    Was that what he was doing? I thought he was trying to destroy Bumblebee as an example to Hasbro that collectors are NOT INTO GIMMICKS... At least not ones that suck. :tongue:

    He wasn't a collector, he was mentally challenged. A real collector knows his stuff. That's like when you hear about people breaking MP-03 or MP-05 or a Macross. FOLLOW THE DAMN INSTRUCTIONS.

    I don't think he's any more complex.
