Got the game before work this morning and played it for the last hour non-stop. Definately a fun game and a lot of great characters. Still trying to find all the combinations.

I'm pretty excited that the controls are similar to X-Men legends. Thought the team controls are sometimes sluggish and the teammates do what they want, it's fun.

Already faced Radioactive Man, Winter Solider, Bullseye, Scorpion, and Fin Fang Foom. That's just the first act. Doon is the head of the Masters of Evil. I can't wait to see who else you have to face. Also, I have to find the little unlockable things. I've been destroying everything but haven't found squat.

Damn, it's out already? Hell, but since I'm getting it for PSP it's not that big of a deal. But from what I've seen and you spending and hour on it it's on my to buy list.

What console did you get it for and can you play as fury? If you can play as fury is there an ultimate costume option?

I picked it up yesterday with the lame pre-order incentive. With pre-order you got a card to unlock Silver Surfer, but the code is already on-line and you get Surfer any way later on in the game so it’s not really special that you get the code in the box.

As for what I think of the game I don’t know yet. Every time I try to play some one has something for me to do. I barley made it to the first save spot today before I had to stop.

How similar is it to the X-Men Legends games? Because both got boring really fast for me.

Do they still have the item system from Legends? I only played Legends once, and didn't like the whole having to cure yourself thing

I'm enjoying it so far. But it's so hard to budget my game time; I just got this 360 about 2 weeks ago. I have Dead Rising, Oblivion, Ghost Recon, Quake 4, Saint's Row, and now this game. So much to play! Plus there's a bunch of good shit coming out in the next 2-4 weeks.

Looking forward to getting this game at some point. Just the idea of having a boss fight against Galacticus makes my head hurt.

Made it to Mandarin's Castle which is pretty much level 3. Unlocked a good deal of secondary costumes. What I really like is that you don't have health orbs like legends, all characters naturally heal along with what comes from beating up guys. Also, when you die, your character is just resting. You just need to wait 15minutes of game time.

I have the Atlantis level up next, taking care of Cap, Wolverine and Iron Man’s solo missions first.

Got all of Cap’s costumes but after reading about a bug with his costumes I’m afraid of using them.

Picked it up for the 360 and the PSP. One for home and one for work.

I'm actually further on the PSP one. I'm such a slacker.

What exactly is this Cap costume glitch?

I had read some people complaining that if you remove Cap from your team and he’s in anything but his Ultimate costume then there is a chance that when you put him back into the team he will be back in his Ultimate costume and all the others will be locked again and once you have already met the goals to unlock them in that game you can’t open them up again. It could be a limited thing or some one that did something dumb and looking for some one to blame. I have been looking for more examples of this happening. And I should point out it was in the 360 version’s forum on GameFAQ’s and you know how they can get.

Also there seems to be a disagreement on the 360 version that if you use the Silver Surfer code that came with the pre-order (or any of the cheat codes) you can’t get the corresponding achievement. Now I know you don’t get the achievement when you put in a cheat (because I used the Surfer one before I heard about any of this) but some argue that you still get the achievement if you meet the goals. I’m waiting to see, but 360 people might want to play it safe and not use codes.
