God Damn, Hasbro UK! I could stand not getting Long Haul and Grindor, but now no NEST voyagers! For probably the first time I may have to resort to importing, which is like a last square kind of thing for me. I really wanted some of the new NEST voyagers, mostly Bludgeon and Mindwipe like everyone else. Now I probably will never see those figures unless someone in my family wins the lotto.

Hasbro uk doesnt think at all. First they over ship us with voyager and deluxe figures that everybody has and in turn nobody is gunna buy anymore, and then they think nobody wants those toys anymore. So they cancel the whole line as a result. Primus, I would kill to live in America.

Well, at least we get NEST voyagers. I live in Ireland so we dont have Toys R Us anyways, and I'm not too bummed out about Arcee and Ratchet. Its just this whole deal with voyagers thats annoying me. Maybe Hasbro UK wil see this thread and change their minds because of all the comments.

 

Oh what a surprise, only the Americans get the good shit, we'll get scraps, and like it!  

At the very least I would like to be able to buy the remaining 3 HA's at something approaching a reasonable price.

1)You can blame the retailers as much as Hasbro.
They over-ordered early toys, and later ones got
skipped. Just like the last movie.
2)Dirge is also in the Wave after Ratchet and Lockdown
3)Toys R US in the UK isn't the same company as Toys R in the US

Sucks, I wanted Bludgeon and Mindwipe too. Wasn't in a rush to buy them though so now I'm going to have to rethink that. Not surprised at all by the animated news though.

Grimlock is a minor win though I suppose.

The ones who seem to be missing that I actually want are Bludgeon, Mindwipe, Dirge and the TRU TFA exclusives

Hopefully since Seaspray, PCC's and Generations are in new packaging, they'll still be released (emphasis on Hopefully)

Plus why would they have been at that UK toy fair thing this year if they aren't meant to be released here?

 

Like I said in the UK sightings thread, between this, GI Joe being axed and us getting the shaft as far as Nerf guns go this year, it's like Hasbro don't want my Money.

I guess it'll be Kapow for the couple of TFs I want and either import or just not get anything else.

 

Just do what I did, transfer your entire brand loyalty from retail over to Kapow Toys.

Seeing how the Voyager toys aren't getting a release over here I'm not regretting the decision one bit.

Well I had held off ordering Bludgeon from Kapow in the hope I might be able to source one locally, but now that's not going to happen. Ah well, TFW's resident British sponsor will be getting a lot more business from myself in future!

And while Grimlock will no doubt be in the region of £70, that's still cheaper than sourcing an MP-08. Given that this is TRU, however, he'll sit on the shelves for at least a year before they begin to wonder why he isn't shifting at that price.
