Absolutely. Rate varies depending on whether you want it signed for with insurance, etc. I don't think it will vary very much for multiple wins as mini-cons are so light. I worked out already that for one mini-con to the US with tracking and insurance, estimated delivery in 2 - 3 days, would be £15.50 or about $25. By basic Airmail, £5.50 (around $8.72). By Airmail with tracking and signature, £8.50 (around $13.50).
