ok i need some help to fix my evac YouTube - how do i fix this

 

can any one out ther help me fix my evac spring thad works the hook

 

You have to recoil the spring. Get a pair of needlenose pliers or summat and just try to coil the spring into a nice tight spiral and then put it back inside the smaller circular part.

 

so i just have to rerap it around the peg ???

 

There should be a slot or something that the little tabs on the ends of the spring slide into and stay on. Just make sure those are in place and recoil it. Then get everything back together. Getting everything back together will be the tricky part. Several things probably have to be held in place while you put the part back together. An extra pair of hands to help you should help. Or if you're really lucky and dextrous, you should be able to do it by yourself.

Just a little warning though. I don't know what the insides of Evac's hook and line look like exactly. But I did take apart Animated Blackarachnia's grapnel hook and the mechanism should be very similar.

Yep. That's how springs work. Recoil it and it'll fit, after all it came out of there yeah?

It is not that difficult to put back together if you go slow.I modded mine to extend over 3 ft worth of line.

 

well im not takeing mine apart no more not unless i get 2 blades and i can mod 1
