It's new, it's awesome, and you should watch it, if you aren't already! And so far, it's being subbed here - dunno who (if anyone) else will carry it, though. I love the distinction between the operatic Tytania-themed OP: OP and the more modern theme in the Euria-themed ED: ED
I've been considering checking it out, though I'm already following Casshern, Bleach, Gundam and Tales of the Abyss. PS Kemeko DX Avatar? Awesome
Looks like ANBU are releasing it, too - with avis! Woo! (Not sure how their sub compares to Aero's, though.)
I've got it incoming now. It doesen't seem to be going down too well on the intertubes and LOGH is an impossible act to follow, but thats not going to put me off a show with a SF creative superteam. I'm still waiting for Raoh Gaiden to get picked up. I know that very few people are manly enougth to love Hokuto no Ken thesedays, but theres no justice in the world when adapations of visual novel porn always have people falling over themselves to do subs whilst huge fighting dudes exploding each other gets no interest.
Considering the team behind it, I'll be in it for the longhaul. LotGH was rather slow at the beginning to. If nothing else, I can watch it for the starship porn.
ANBU's #6 was just released. The ramifications of the poliitcal shakeup at Tyrandia will come into play. It'll be interesting to see what Fan Hyulick does as the first major battle with Tytania comes closer.
I find it entretaining, but soimething is missing I understand what yak says about LoGH being an act IMPOSSIBLE to follow is rigth either way this season definitively streched me out thin.
I'm sitting this out for the time being as CA are going to be picking it up soon, dudes do quality work and releases without the cliche fansubber bullshit are worth waiting for. I do wish they'd get round to Overture to a New War thougth, I need to see LOGH with a theatrical budget.
Im not sure Im willing the wait , although it would be a nice thing, to have one less show to watch THURSDAYS- I dont understand why so much awesomeness thrusdays?- LOGH on theatrical budget strikes me as a glorious idea, and somehow the pesimistic in me would be terrified, and pretty much sure something would get screwed on the way.
Apparently its an expanded remake of the first two episodes, but theres theres next to nothing about it on the internet. I hope that it has the random horror of war shots that the series has. I don't think that they could animate them much grimmer then they already are in the series, but it just woulden't be LOGH without seeing the common man spill his internal organs onto the deck to satisfy the egos of distant politcians and aristocrats.
