I'm going to be launching a 3d printing Patreon as something of a digital figure subscription. Basically, backers get access to printer-ready 3d files of various toys each month, to print for their own collections at home or through online services. The core of this project are "Weirdies", 1-2" mini-figures in the style of Little Rubber Guys and old-school cereal prizes (back when they were fun).

I'm still getting the launch catalog ready before it goes live, but here's a few samples:

    Scumdrop:

    Roachsaurus X (and Scumdrop again):

    Tyrannus Khan (in two scales)

    King Gorge

Some Eggpos from the Brothers Chaps' "Two More Eggs"

The weirdies are just the start, though, there will also be full sized action figures, such as this fellow, Tyrannus Khan, a renegade DinoKnight (still in progress):

Tyrannus Khan will be about 5.5" tall once completed, making him roughly to scale with 3 3/4" figures (he is a dinosaur, after all):

Just two more print batches (feet/thighs and forearms/calves) and he'll be fully assembled, with 16 points of articulation. This is just the prototype, I'll be re-printing him at maximum print quality as soon as 1) confirm everything works (I've already tweaked the fail and shoulders a bit), 2) I decide what colors he'll finally be in, 3) I order spools for my printer in those colors.

    Thoughts?

I would love the option of a little weird body whose head is an eye on a stalk and that eye just happens to serve as a ball joint for heads for MOTUC, or some other action figure line's heads.

I've seen made some adjustments (bigger head, better fit on the joints, longer torso), but here's the beta 1.0 print.

These aren't the final colors for this character (this is the v2 Beta of the design to test the parts), but she's a 3d printed old-school MOTU-style buck I've designed for 3d printing. She was printed on an entry level m3d Micro printer, with a combination of PLA, ABS-R and "Tough Ink" plastics. I guess this more garish colorschme is her "Turly" incarnation.

The final colorscheme I'm going to use in my own collection is here:

Though its going to be a bit for pictures of Verminus Rex, he's big enough that he takes a long time to print. I've got some other monsters/vehicles in the works, along with some sidekick mini-figures.

I look forward to your thoughts.

Also, full prints of Verminus Rex:

    And more pictures of Death=Adele:

I didn't have my lighting setup calibrated for plastic as bright as the green I have, so the pics aren't the best, but I can setup and take more as other items print.

The first three figures, one per tier, are up on the Patreon:

We start with the June figure for the $1 and up backers, Scumdrop:

Then there's Stump Chump, the first of June's series of Prize-Size Weirdies:

And then we come to Muty McFly in a home printable, Battle Beast sized kit with moving arms.

More pics of upcoming figures. The Green Witch character may be of special interest to MOTU collectors, as it was partially inspired by the pre-Evil-Lynn concept art.

Figures are shown unpainted, as they would be after printing and assembly.
    [IMG][IMG]
Baltara, female counterpart to Baltard from Galaxy Warriors/Fighters. This happened largely due to Phelen Porteous's Bootleg Zone videos.

    [IMG][IMG]
The as of yet unnamed witch character. She comes with DoomBroom broom/scepter, and upsized Stump Chump is her sidekick.

    [IMG][IMG]

Death=Adele, with her executioner's axe, and shown riding one of the wild Kliffbeesst, a sure-footed beast of burden with horns that act as natural reigns and a natural saddle-shapes spine.

All three growth stages of the Kliffbeest, colt, juvenile (suitable as a 3.75"/4" steed) and adult (5.5"/6" figure steed). Shown with Baltard because my MOTU is all in storage.

And a Juvenile Kliffbeest with a Boss Fight blank riding it.

Everything is going to be available from the Patreon in June.
