Are these worth it? I've heard Tornami has shoddy quality control and I've felt it first hand with their Alpha Fighters. Are these the same? They look pretty good. Are they perfect transformation?

Since thesebuggers are smaller you shouldn't have any problems even if they have some qc issues, yes they look pretty good and no, they don't have perfect transformation, they use swing bars for legs ala takatoku/bandai valks and masterpieces. But for the price they're going these valks are your awesome. Even though they are small they're full of detail, still no Yamato valks (and no yamato price either).

I have them all. MP Valks, MP Alphas, and MP Voltron and I have 0 QC issues with any of them. Maybe I was lucky but I love em.

I personally think they fall apart way too easy. If you want to transform him expect to have him fall apart pretty much constantly. Once you get it into a mode you want they look good but I kinda wish I left the one I have on the shelf.

Yes they are. No swing arms or anything of that sort.

Excellent, I'd like to find the green one. How's the die-cast content?

About 25 to 35% Diecast. They have a good heft to them maybe 1.5 pounds to 2 pounds in weight pretty good for its size .

The 1/100 are okay but I think they are overpriced. They are sturdier than the old Banprestos that came out years ago. The one issue I've heard is the polycap for the stand breaks sometimes but if you contact Toynami they'll send you a replacement.

The 2nd series came out last month I think, and FAST packs are supposed to be on the way.

Yeah. I saw series to which are all VF-1Js and I love that head design so I'm planning on getting one or two.

The Alpha Fighter I got was a mess. The joints were only semi working, the plastic joint for the elbow broke after a few transforms and the knee guards broke off. Very disappointed. I thought it would be of the same quality as the VF-1J Max version that I had.
