I was thinking about how the visual designs for the TF live action film, and TF: Animated, different though they may be, caused such similar strong reactions from the fan base. Therefore, I had a "what if" kinda moment.

I'm not quite up on 'Animated' style just yet, but I'm learning.

Bumblebee looks especially 'buggy' in my interpretation.

I love these I think a "clone wars" style animated series would have been a good way to go after the movie; that way we could have seen movie versions of some of the larger bots (metroplex, trypticon, gestaults etc) that may not make it into movie sequals due to budget or realism restrictions.

A big thumbs up on these designs there awsome!!!

I'd love a stylized animated series using the movie designs, and you've captured them very very well. :D

I sat there drawing a movie-to-cartoony Prime for hours on end at work and of the 4 proto types I made, none come even close to being as good as your pic. Way too badass :D

It's excellent. Just with the mouth version of Prime, I suggest making the chin more prominent.

I thought the same after the fact. Probably the simplest way would be to move the mouth up, allowing for more 'jaw' area.
