It's slightly taller than then the neighbouring helicopter (most likely 14+ feet). No, we're talking about way in the background. It's obvious that it's Ratchet in the midground and Ironhide/Que in the foreground. Sideswipe's no where to be seen during the "You lied to us"-conversation, and the mystery 'bot's position in the background would corroborate this. He's way in the background during that scene. But whatever. I'll think it's Sideswipe. You can think it's Mudflap, Hellscream15. No need for this to devolve into an argument.
100% agree from me. No one really know except MBay and i'm sure he wont say a word about this matter since he has money on the line over it lol.
