I want to wait for Iron Factory and Magic Square Wheeljack, but if this guy goes on sale I might pick him up. He scales with all the legends guys. I think he might look really nice with GT Optimus Prime.

 

What about the purple version

 

No clue. Given its transparent it might be trying to be the Dark Energon version, but that's just Slicer colours on Wheeljack

Anyone ever get rejected by Paypal? I jumped over to Robotoybase and grabbed Wheeljack and a couple of new magic square figures. I got all the way to the final payment screen during checkout and I get a message from Paypal to go back to the merchant and use a different form of payment. I had selected my bank account like usual and have plenty of funds available.

 

I didn't realize it looks like they might do Slicer too. I'd been thinking about the first two, especially Exhaust (Diaclone/MC-anything gets my attention), but looks like I'll plop down for both of these if we're getting Slicer too at some point.

 

It's getting harder to hold out for MST's version of Wheeljack. This is such a nice looking figure.

 

Love Waste Gas! Wish they had spent a little bit extra and included instructions (they went the extra mile on the packaging and the figure after all), but otherwise great figure soup to nuts.

 

So it looks like it fits in well with the Magic Square line then?

 

The plastic quality is entirely different, but sure. For instance; the plastic on MS's product tends to be more dull, 'fibrous' (for lack of a better word) and more intended for utility than presentation; however, the quality of plastic used for Waste Gas is more premium. In a sense you could say both on a shelf together look like they could be kissing cousins and the difference isn't jarring, but it's also not difficult to tell which belongs to which manufacturers line.
