This is probably the closest I've ever heard Emgo get to saying he hates a figure.    

 

Toy world TURD is more like it.  I'm rather disappointed that they would release such an unrefined product and pass it off as an MP Kup.

 

I was severely disappointed as well.
Pretty much feel like I threw my money away.

 

Honest to god thought I was looking at an upscale of the Legends Kup for a minute.

 

Good grief, that review was hard to watch. I like EmGo and I like his reviews, so he wasn't the problem, I've just never seen him that unhappy with a figure before. I mean, it was downright awkward. I don't blame him, either. I mean, the headlight panel SNAPPED off right in his hand??

Nothing seems to lock? Wow, ToyWorld, how the mighty have fallen.

Really? According to Thew's rantings on Twitter (now deleted), I thought otherwise.

 

I love mine, although I haven't transformed him so don't know about any transformation or alt mode issues he may have.

 

jazz is awesome. Exceeded my expectations.

 

This is probably going to sound like I'm being purposefully hateful, but speaking as a person who is dropping into the thread for the first time - I assumed the pics/videos on the last couple of pages were of test shots.

Never seen a modern 3P product come to market that looked so unfinished.

 

Nope, Jazz is really good. I like him better than Coolsville. Looks and feels more MP to me.

That said.....what were they thinking with this turd?

 

My guess is that they were thinking that they wanted to get theirs out before FT's was released.

 

They were thinking "Let's put all our best people on making Jazz. That's leaves only Steve the janitor and his sister with the two left eyes to work on Kup"

 

To use one example:

This is the reason why people who say DX9 is stupid for not rushing Gabriel to market (to compete against FT's Terminus) are idiots.

 

I haven't mine, either. Some people said the feet are a nightmare.

 

Guess it's a good thing that I'll probably never transform mine then.  

 

ToyWorld Coolsville sucks compared to MakeToys Downbeat.

Thew hates Coolsville with a passion. It's in one of his videos. He actually cringes when he finds ToyWorld figures in his latest unboxing.

Uh. Your post seems like you have the different Jazzes confused. I think?

Coolsville is a mess. It's ugly, needlessly complex in spots, doesn't want to hold together in others and is just a fail.
